Our Andros Barker's team is based in Melbourne CBD, and we are currently looking for a Customer Service & Administration Support to join our dynamic Account and Supply Chain team! We're seeking a dynamic individual to assist our Account and Admin Support Manager in managing the shipment, day-to-day orders, and end-customer relationships for our branded and Private label business. In this role you will be responsible for;
- Processing of weekly orders of various customers and stakeholders
- Organize shipments and build relationships with the warehouses and logistics.
- Maintain records of current contracts, logistic data, and specifications
- Investigate and record all customer's complaint and quality questions and respond accordingly.
- Process online orders and relevant questions from customers.
- Assist with forecasting and data entry.
- Provide Administration Support to the wider team.
