We are currently offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Customer Service and Dispatch Officer to become part of our expanding Boral Asphalt team in Seven Hills, NSW 2147.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is pivotal to providing key support, overseeing the Customer Service and administrative requirements for the Sales and Marketing team.
Your day will involve:
- Accurately record and process order details
- Coordinate customer deliveries through our logistics partners
- Schedule orders to meet customer requirements
- Administer stock take processes
- Generate daily load-out schedules for the operations team
- Process card sales transactions, refunds and end of day banking
- Undertake project administration, including costing, accounts receivable invoicing, and invoice reconciliation
- Proven experience in Customer Service and administration
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Basic Fatigue Management accreditation (desirable)
- Knowledge of logistics and goods transport (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships within a team environment
