Form of workWe’re seeking a self-motivated and confident Customer Service and Internal Sales Representative, to join our Brickworks SA office in Golden Grove, South Australia. Reporting to the Customer Service and Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and growth of Brickworks SA as a front-line representative, while ensuring Customer Service policy is applied to each customer or potential customer. You will also be responsible for Internal Sales representing and selling Brickworks products within the residential, reseller and small builder market.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide friendly and professional advice on our range of products.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to serve a diverse customer base.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify potential customers and establish new accounts.
- Ensure prompt and courteous responses to sales inquiries via various channels.
