Customer Service Associate - Driver

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Associate to join the Sydney GMS team. The role entails delivering time critical radiopharmaceuticals to customers around Perth as well as a mix of onsite/Laboratory based tasks. 

Tasks include but are not limited to;

• Accurate labelling, packing of radiopharmaceuticals
• Preparing required shipping documents, placards, dangerous goods declarations, customer labels and delivery bags 
• Cleaning and sanitising items for next production cycle including; shielding, trays and pots
• Disposal of returned materials following waste management procedures, including safe radiation disposal
• Daily housekeeping, hygiene and cleaning practices in line with GMP
• Control of general inventory items

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

• Must be able to work on a rotating roster 
• Be able to work a varying start time from 3am – 10am
• A strong work ethic and team spirit 
• Good attention to detail
• A current driver's licence
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Good level of physical fitness (must be able to lift 15-20 kg)
• Medical delivery experience preferred but not essential
