What you'll be doing:
- Managing inbound inquiries and calls (around 10 per day)
- Closing and actioning support tickets.
- Manage incoming sales calls and utilise product knowledge to support business growth.
- Gather customer feedback and recommending adjustments to products and processes.
- Offering recommendations for product enhancements based on local trends, feedback, and market insights
- Assisting in the handling member inquiries, complaints, and conflicts
- Support the site manager in daily operations
- Experience delivering high quality Customer Service and resolving complaints and taking feedback.
- Automotive industry experience would be nice but not required!
- High attention to detail and exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork mentality and selflessness.
- Availability to work on a rotating roster, Most weeks it's Mon-Friday but once every 3 weeks on a Saturday from 9 - 3pm (with a day off in lieu)
