The Customer Service team are currently in a growth phase and are looking for Customer Service representatives to join our Customer Service team, assisting customers with their furniture warranty claims.

We currently have a Temporary, Full time opportunity to join our Customer Service team based in Norwest Business Park – Baulkham Hills NSW.
(This role may become permanent in the future) .
Role Summary:
Do you have a passion for helping customers by providing great Customer Service and want to join an engaged, fun team.
This role would suit someone who has Customer Service experience either from a Call Centre background or an administrative Customer Service team member who is looking for the next challenge in their career.
Our Customer Service representatives are responsible for providing quality Customer Service, via an inbound / outbound phone line and email communication to support furniture warranty claims from customers across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
This is a unique, multifunctional role with plenty of variety to keep the team engaged.
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Handling customer calls and enquiries
- Resolving customer claims both by phone and email
- Allocating Furniture technicians
- Liaising with fabric / leather suppliers and retailers
- Providing outstanding Customer Service by ensuring customers are kept up to date throughout the journey of their claim
- General administration and ad hoc tasks
