About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has opened for aCustomer Service & Inventory PROFESSIONAL to join Ainslie Group.
Exceptional communication skills, a highly motivated attitude and willingness to learn are essential in this role. The right person will have a VERY high level of accuracy, a can-do attitude and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the utmost security and confidentiality.
This is a VERY hands on role receipting goods, accurate inputs into a CRM, inventory and accounting system, processing storage account transactions, daily stock balancing and liaising with customers to receive and hand over the bullion transaction.
Your skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience within Customer Service with a stable employment history – experience within the banking or finance sector would be advantageous.
- Experience in inventory and stock control.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow set procedures and protocols.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
- Sound computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and processes quickly.
- As you will be dealing hands on with gold and Silver Bullion, you will need to be physically comfortable and capable of occasionally lifting up to 15kgs – along with pushing & pulling trolleys loaded with bullion.
- Must have a clean Police Record.
