We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the Investigations team in a highly regarded, leading medical technology company. As an organisation, they offer a diverse array of innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine, which help improve patient and hospital outcomes.The opportunityWorking within the Customer Service team your focus will be on investigating accounts to identify which require credit notes and from there processing credit notes and provide written communication to both internal and external stakeholders.Selection criteria
- Previous customer experience – preferably collaborating with clients and their account queries
- Effective communication / interpersonal skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience
- High attention to detail, tech savvy with strong data entry experience
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience
- Part time, 12-month contract
- Work from home – only go into the office 1 – 2 days / fortnight = work life balance
