Seeking an experienced logistics temp ongoing worker to get started as soon as possible to work in their Tullamarine office.
Your new role
You will provide Customer Service by dealing with a range of customers, carriers and key stakeholders. This fast-paced role combines inbound and outbound calls as well as significant email communication. Working Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between 8am and 6pm, you will be flexible to work on non-national public holidays when required. Utilising your excellent Customer Service and freight knowledge, you will provide regular updates to customers and carriers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Salesforce experience is highly regarded
- Experience with Freight is highly regarded
- Proven Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- This position is not located close to public transport, so a car will be required to get to the office each day
