Form of work This is a 3-month assignment with potential to extend, based in Greensborough. You'll be the first point of contact, providing excellent Customer Service and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal and external services.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver first-class service across all aspects of Council's operations.
Provide accurate, efficient, and courteous advice and follow-up.
Promote and uphold exceptional Customer Service standards.
Flexibility to work across different contact centres.
Collaborate with the Records team for effective correspondence management.
About You:
Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service in varied environments.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Skype for Business, and MS Teams.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
Solid understanding of call centre operations and document management.
Capacity to contribute positively to a team, fostering a supportive work culture.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in Customer Service, particularly within a fast-paced, modern contact centre.
