Stationed at our brand new Camberwell office, you'll be the bridge between our valuable customers and us, handling inbound inquiries about sales, billing, and support. Occasionally, you'll also make outbound calls to finalize new services or address any problems with our customers' internet connections.
Worried about experience? Don't be. This entry-level role doesn't demand any prior experience in telecommunications. Just bring your passion, and we'll take care of the training.
Please note: This position requires your physical presence at our Camberwell office and does not offer a WFH/hybrid option.
- This is an entry level role and no prior experience in telecommunications is expected.
- You will work a rotating roster alternating between one week 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and one week 1:30pm - 9:30pm Monday to Friday
- The first four weeks you will need to be available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm for training.
