About the role
As Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of high quality, customer focussed services with your main focus on processing of various licencing, park and facility booking applications.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- provide a high level of personalised Customer Service
- perform administrative duties, including reviewing and processing of customer applications
- positively contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the Customer Strategy and Experience Team

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- a minimum of 12 months experience in processing and lodging of customer related application types
- substantial experience in Customer Service and administrative roles would be an advantage
- an excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership

This is a casual position, level 2 with a salary commencing at $69,425 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
