THE COMPANY
Our client is a leader within the agricultural market and are experiencing a period of significant growth. Due to increased work flow, we are seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join their friendly & supportive team.
THE ROLE
- Entering purchase orders in a timely manner
- Answer incoming calls and assist customer or transfer to relevant person
- Looking into customer supplied materials/packaging and advising customers of any shortfalls at time of ordering
- Inbox Management: Liaise with customers and provide information as requested
- Following up clients for their materials and packaging in time to meet production requirements
- Entering orders for customer supplied materials and packaging and liaising with the planning team
- Invoicing client orders
- Liaise with dispatch team in relation to order delivery times
- Support clients to achieve their goals by providing outstanding Customer Service
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication ability; both written and verbal
- Proficient using Microsoft Office, including Excel & Outlook
- Team player; work within a team to achieve common goals
- Be enthusiastic to learn new skills in a supportive fast-paced environment
- Be capable of troubleshooting issues; good problem solving ability
