Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Customer Service and administrative support
Manage vehicle pool and local training datasets, along with applicable contractor management
Order and maintain office supplies and consumables
Process and deliver mail daily
Uphold a culturally safe, inclusive, and discrimination-free workplace
About You:
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on front-of-house operations
Proficiency in data entry and data management
Experience in office supply management and consumable maintenance
Efficient in daily mail processing and delivery
