Our Cairns branch is looking for a proactive individual to be at the front line of our business. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will manager the day-to-day to customers and clients, guaranteeing exceptional support and services. Your duties will include the following but are not limited to:
Providing face to face, email-based, and over-the-phone type of customer service
Providing quotes, pricing, and responding to general queries of customers
Processing and completing purchase orders
Performing general administrative work and assisting in ad hoc activities – warehousing, dispatch, and inventories
This is a permanent full-time role and a great working culture!
Role Hours: Monday – Friday and one Saturday morning per month.
About your experience
It’s important that you are adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and has a customer-focused mindset. You will be goal orientated and is able to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
To be successful in this role, you are someone who possesses the following:
Has an experience in a similar phone-based/in-person customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills or ability to learn new systems quickly
Background or exposure to the construction, manufacturing, or steel industry is highly regarded
A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
