Due to continuing expansion we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly professional Customer Service Agent to join us at our offices at Culburra Beach / Callala Bay.
We are looking for someone who will be with us long-term and who is keen to take on new challenges and opportunities as the company continues to grow.

Location: Culburra Beach / Callala Bay / Berry (applicants must live within a 45 minute drive of Culburra Beach).
Hours:
38 hours per week 5 days per week between Monday - Sunday 9am to 6pm. Must be able to work a minimum of one day each weekend.
Salary: $60k pa + Super
Key Tasks:
- Troubleshooting guest issues
- Responding to guest bookings / enquiries via phone or email
- Preparing quotes for guests
- Replying to guest reviews
- Providing improvement feedback to owners
- Answering owner questions
- Updating property online guidebooks
- Processing guest payments
- Scheduling cleaners for quotes
- Organising property repairs
- Other tasks as required

Skills & experience required:
- Minimum 1 year experience of working in a phone based Customer Service role
- Experience with property management, short-term Holiday Rentals or in the travel / tourism industry highly regarded
- Comfortable with technology including MS Office or g-suite
- Drivers license
