As a Customer Service Officer, you're responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by answering their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. You're the primary point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities:
- respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- process orders, returns, and exchanges following company policies and procedures
- work with multiple people within the company to resolve customer issues
- keep detailed records of customer communication
- collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed Customer Service targets
- perform other related duties as management requires
Qualifications:
- diploma in a related field
- previous Customer Service experience is required, and experience in a call center environment is preferred
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- excellent organisation and time management skills
