Customer Service Officer – Leisure Team Permanent - Part Time (19 hours) - Level 2 – $85,506.50 (pro rata) The Role Working within the Port Hedland Leisure Centres, this role is to be responsible for providing professional and efficient Customer Service to all internal and external customers. Your role will also include greeting visitors, receipting and reconciling payments made to the Town of Port Hedland and managing customer requests. You will have an opportunity to develop your professional skills while also assisting the Facilities business unit in promoting, coordinating and conducting leisure services. This position is based between the Port and South Leisure Centres and the Wanangkura Stadium. This a great role for candidate with experience in a Customer Service role who can demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
