Customer Service Officer/ Receptionist, Part time position - min 18 hours per week
Ballarat Pet & Farm are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer/ Receptionist to join our team. We are a mixed animal practice providing a wide variety of routine and emergency Veterinary Services throughout Ballarat and the surrounding districts.
We are looking for an energetic team member with a positive can-do attitude who thrives working in a high pressure, fast paced environment. You will be part of a team providing first point of contact to our valued clients.
Skills that we are seeking include
- Expansive Customer Service experience
- Sound computer skills across multiple programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Communicate effectively with a calm and friendly manner
- Ability to take direction and feedback
- Attention to detail
- Emotional resilience and compassion
Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing multiple incoming calls
- Scheduling clinic and hospital appointments
- Processing and understanding of client payments, and financial records
- Maintaining client and patient details/records
- Managing email correspondence
- Maintaining waiting room and office cleanliness
- Other reception and administrative tasks as required.
