Your new role
• Conduct outbound call campaigns to participants, their representatives, and providers to verify and validate information.
• Analyse data from various perspectives, identifying patterns, trends, and insights.
• Collaborate with compliance activities to assess information and address fraudulent concerns.
• Undertake case management research to determine noncompliance or fraud.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team activities.
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in a similar role, such as call centre or Customer Service Officer (essential)
• Experience working with people in the health and disability sector (preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in managing high volumes of work and meeting critical deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
