Our client are well known in the Building Supplies Industry. They are in need of an experienced Customer Service Operator to join their team in PortMelbourne,
This is a casual position with ongoing work available for the right person.
About this role:
- Data Entry into Inhouse Program (SAP)
- Handling Customer Queries
- Strong attention to detail
- Have a strong and organised work ethic
- Record and report any customer complaints to Manager
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, Day Shift Rotating Roster 5.30-2pm & 8-4.30pm
- Have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation including Warehouse, Sales and Administration.
Must be available to commence ASAP and have reliable transport and be able to commute to Port Melbourne Vic.
