Essential Network Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team part-time at our Burleigh Heads office. We are searching for a friendly, enthusiastic individual with a strong customer focus and positive attitude.
This role requires high-level Customer Service skills and the ability to collaborate closely with our scheduling team. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate access with our customers for upcoming metering work across the East Coast of Australia.
About The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in coordinating access with our customers for upcoming metering work across the East Coast of Australia. Reporting to our Scheduler & Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound customer communications via telephone, email, and SMS
- Performing basic data entry into Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including achieving a call audit score of 100% and making over 100 contact attempts per day.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a Customer Service based role.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Google Suite experience is also highly regarded).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on feedback.
- Experience in following strict call scripting guidelines preferred, but not essential.
