As the newest member of our team, you'll be the linchpin in our client interactions, ensuring their visions for birthdays, engagements, weddings, and more come to life with elegance and precision. Your role will be pivotal in understanding client needs, curating menus for their event based on our existing menus, and coordinating with our internal teams to deliver seamless event solutions.
Your Impact

- Serving as the primary contact for our esteemed clients, guiding them through their event planning journey.
- Crafting personalised catering quotes and menus that align with the unique theme of each event.
- Collaborating across departments to fulfill any additional client requests, ensuring a holistic event experience.

- Preparing detailed event run sheets to ensure our service staff deliver excellence.
Who You Are
- A Customer Service aficionado with a flair for communication and a keen eye for detail.

- Energized by a bustling, fast-paced environment and ready to contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
- Experience in contact centers or Customer Service roles is admired but not essential.
