We currently operate Australia wide and are looking for a professional Customer Service Representative to join our Melbourne team. The successful candidate must be available Monday to Friday with full flexibility to work between the hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm.
Position Summary:
As the first contact at Direct Couriers, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving phone bookings and queries from customers, as well as monitoring designated customer accounts. You will be faced with new queries and challenges every day, which keeps it exciting and busy. This role would ideally suit a person who has worked in the hospitality industry and is now looking for a change.
Experience / skills and attributes:
To be successful the Customer Service Representative ideally has:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills (listening, written and verbal)
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail
- Good understanding of the geographical suburbs around Melbourne
- Excellent computer skills
This role is based at our office located about 7 minutes drive from Melb airport.
