Responsibilities
- Building relationships with key clients/stakeholders
- Providing excellent Customer Service with positive outcomes
- Helping customers via inbound/outbound calls
- Carrying out administrative tasks and entering data
- Ensure customer database is up to date
Candidate ProfileIn order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Customer Service Representative:
- Excellent computer and organization skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Performance focused
- Clear attention to detail
- Can work easily in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Able to work within a team or independently
- Confidence while communicating with external stakeholders
- Well-spoken with a professional phone manner
- Admin and data entry experience
- Permanent resident/citizens only
- 2+ years’ experience within a call centre environment is essential.
- Own laptop
