We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Customer Service/Office Administrator, preferable with experience in the finance industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and delivering excellent customer service to clients.
Your responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Providing accurate information about services and assist customers with their needs, playing a liaison role between the brokers and the clients.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Performing general office administrative tasks, maintaining and organising office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assisting in special projects and tasks as needed.
In order to be considered for this position, you will have:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or office administration role, preferably within the finance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive, tenacious, positive attitude.
