As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be in charge of providing exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and on the web, as well as resolving product-related issues while always focusing on customer satisfaction.

About the role:
- Provide top-notch customer service to end users regarding product performance and usage
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s product operations, specifications, and capabilities
- Address technical enquiries from customers across various service channels, assisting them with the maintenance and ongoing support of their products
- Advise customers on the best product options and accessories based on their needs
- Monitor and document trends in equipment failures and report them accordingly, as well as potential product improvements, policies, and procedures
About you:
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in contact center-based operations
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and attendance
