Beaumont People require a Customer Support Officer to join a busy team, providing support to users of a key government portal, including internal and external people.
You’ll be working in a small team, managing and resolving incidents/requests in accordance with standard guidelines, working collaboratively in a fun and dynamic environment.
Preference will be given to those available immediately, or on short notice.
This is an initial 3-month contract hire, with a view to potential extension. The work will be a mix of onsite (2 days at Parramatta) and WFH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and triage user and system issues via multiple channels.
- Escalate Issues for further investigation and resolution to our technical team.
- Take inbound calls, make outbound calls, respond to emails and webforms.
- Identify key issues and trends for escalation to senior management.
- Triage enquiries, complaints efficiently and assist with general advice relating to exhibitions, policy, Major Projects, triage enquiries and resolve complaints.
- An ability to provide high quality friendly customer service.
- The capacity to work independently as well as with a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- The candidate must also be able to manage their time in a structured manner.
- The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate clear writing skills.
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure a positive outcome and that KPIs are met.
- A proactive attitude to team collaboration.
