We are seeking a Full Time Data Entry Clerk to provide accounts support to the Somersby team.
Job Description
Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information and any clerical adhoc duties as required
Responsibilities
- Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing priorities.
- Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the manager for resolution.
- Maintain Data Entry requirements by following data program procedures.
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data.
- Contribute towards a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department.
