The Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving data quality problems within the master data to assist the Demand & Analytics team with process, output and reporting optimisation.
As the Data Visualisation Analyst, you will work closely with the IT team and other internal stakeholders to produce BI reports and dashboards to help the business drive better decision making in operations and commercial.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform raw data reviews for consistency, completeness, accuracy, and assess implications of change
- Interpret data, and analyse results, identifying and interpreting trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators
- Work with business stakeholders in Operations and Commercial to understand their reporting and data needs
- Assist with business uptake of BI reports, dashboard and self-service literacy including workshop facilitation
- Ensure ongoing data integrity and identifying then reporting data inconsistencies
- Work with internal Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence consultants to ensure the design and construction of databases and data warehouse applications meet current and future business needs
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in enterprise data management and BI
- Understanding of Data Visualisation tools i.e. Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Strong data management and integration experience ideally within an SAP environment
- Proficient with MS Office – particularly Excel, PowerPoint; prior experience with ETL tools i.e. Alteryx would be desirable
- Passionate data & insights enthusiast with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and market momentum
