Your new opportunity:
As a Defence Service Administrator, you'll play a central role in ensuring the seamless back-end administration for the Defence Team. You'll handle all aspects of administration from ordering & processing Pos to undertaking quality assurance audits. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years of admin experience who wants to learn, grow, and develop with a fantastic company.
In this role you will:
- Collate daily time sheets, leave forms and maintain the defence calendar.
- Order & process all purchase orders including reconciling PO to jobs.
- Updating weekly on-site schedules and workshop rotable schedule.
- Manage security passes and defence documentation.
- Track project hours and liaise with branch administrator and project manager regarding monthly job closures.
- Liaise with both workshop and field service leading hands to provide defence programs group with required amendments.
- Compile job folders for upcoming projects and URDEFs (urgent defects) with Inspection Test Plans, JSAs and work instructions.
- Assist with quoting where required.
- Ensure internal filing and archiving is maintained to the highest manner.
About you:
- Have 3 or more years of administrative experience with great computer skills.
- Some experience within a customer service environment
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Great phone manner, strong email etiquette and the ability to communicate in a positive manner with clients and fellow employees.
