About the role We're seeking a Delivery Lead who will work closely with the Delivery Manager on the delivery of projects; maintenance and enhancements to a critical Transurban platform.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Leading a delivery squad of Business Analysts, Developers and Testers
- Assist the Delivery Manager in managing the delivery outcomes
- Assist in uplifting delivery teams technical and delivery skills
- Conducting code reviews and developing and maintaining high engineering standards
- Assisting the Delivery Manager to plan the roadmap of work
- Maintain strong and effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with a minimum of 3 years playing a leadership role in software development
- Experience and leadership as a Delivery Lead, or Agile Team/Squad Lead or Engineering Manager
- Experience in Customer, Billing, CRM domains - preferred
- Experience in delivering complex programs of work
- Strong understanding of software development practices, methodologies, and tools
