We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Coordinator for a well-established Dental practice in Forest HillPractice/Office ManagerForest Hill VICWe have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Coordinator for a well-established Dental practice in Forest HillAs a Dental Coordinator you will be vital to the ongoing success of the dental practice.The objective of the Dental Coordinator is to oversee the efficient operation and coordination of the day-to-day activities of the Dental Centre whilst providing exceptional service to dentists and patients to help them to achieve high quality outcomes.Duties and responsibilities;

• Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
• Assisting patients with their care/treatment information & organisation
• Fostering professional relationships with our healthcare professionals
• Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
• Answering telephone calls and enquiries
• Booking in patients
• Administrative support

To make our shortlist, you will:

• Have previous dental experience minimum 1yr
• Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment & have good time management skills
• Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
