What your days will look like:

As a Spotlight Department Team Leader, you'll support the Store Manager and Management Team, drive sales growth, prioritize customer satisfaction, and manage high-volume stock efficiently.

• Providing support to the Store Manager and fellow Management Team across all aspects of the business.
• Meeting regular targets for your department and identifying opportunities for sales growth.
• Prioritizing customers and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Leading by example and effectively communicating management expectations.
• Managing high-volume stock efficiently.

What we’re looking for from you:

• Proven experience in big box retail, demonstrating expertise in high-volume retail sales and stock management.
• Management experience, including leadership of teams of 10 or more members.
• Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• First Aid certification, or a willingness to undergo training (at our expense).
