This role is based in an office in a Southern Brisbane location with onsite parking.

- Flat management structure reporting into Senior Development Manager and Managing Director.
- Opportunity to work on two significant masterplanned communities including residential and commercial components.
- Salary is $150,000 - $170,000 + Superannuation (dependent on experience).
- Work across full development lifecycle of two significant masterplanned communities
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager on the strategy and implementation of various aspects of the sales and marketing process
- Proactively identify the key business risks and initiate risk mitigation strategies
- Manage design, approvals and delivery
- Design and planning submissions and approvals
- Coordination of project launch
- Leading various aspects of the marketing and sales process.
- Developing and delivering on project vision
- Awarding, managing and administering contracts
- Reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews and cash flow management
- Work with the development team to improve the customer experience along the customer journey and ensure professional and timely management of customer issues.
- 3+ years as a Development Manager with experience across multiple different asset classes, masterplanned communities is advantageous
- Degree qualified in a related discipline
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams with an adaptive leadership style that is collaborative
- Project, planning, cost and risk management expertise
- Development industry knowledge and expertise ideally within land/masterplanned residential communities
- Exceptional stakeholder’s management and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen and significant forecasting and financial management
- Customer centric, focus on data analytics and insights to inform decision making
- Self-motivated and results focussed
