Our client, an agile development business with a significant pipeline of projects across various asset classes (predominately residential), has a rare opening for an experienced DM to join the team.
The role will see you working within a close-knit team of committed professionals across a number of different projects at various stages of the life cycle. You will be involved in the complete development cycle from design, planning and approvals management to construction tendering, delivery and project management. Achieving enhanced project outcomes through effective consultant relationships, management of design, optimal contract negotiation and budgetary discipline is key.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in a Development Management role across Built-Form and ideally high-rise apartment experience with exposure to the full cycle and the ability to manage/be across multiple, diverse projects. Importantly, you will display strong commercial acumen and nous, proactivity, resilience, superior communication, influencing and negotiating skills and energy and determination to drive results.
