We are seeking an experienced strategic Town Planner to join our multi-disciplinary Development Team as a Development Manager. This role requires a passionate individual with a strong work ethic who is a good human being, patient, and strategic.

The Development Manager role is a leader who is an excellent communicator and can ensure that the vision for the development is reflected in design, planning approvals, construction documentation and realised with the completion of the development. It will require managing consultants and contracts, engaging, and influencing stakeholders, and delivering a project on time, and on budget.
Based at our West End office, the role is full-time and will include travel in and around South-East Queensland.

The role of the Development Manager requires:
- A driven individual with desire and a strong work ethic who is looking for a home as part of a like-minded high-performance team and will commit for the life of the project;
- In depth understanding and hands on experience in planning strategy and Development Approvals, including leading a consultant team;
- Communication skills that can work across multi-disciplinary stakeholders – Sales, Marketing, Finance and Stockwell Living; and
- Transition management experience to be able to grow and deliver from project delivery to customer handover and operational management.
