We are partnering with a Melbourne-based independent Perfomance Marketing Agency on the lookout for a new superstar Digital Account Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Title: Digital Account Manager(newly created role in a growing Digital team)
Location: South Melbourne - multiple WFH days/week
Base salary circa $100k
Engagement: Permanent position
Ideal Start date: Feb-March 2024
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead client meetings / workshops and ability to build deep professional relationships
- Create, update and manage all clients media budgets and performance scoreboards
- Presenting monthly insights report to client and optimisation strategy
- Collaborate with a high performance team of digital and media specialists to deliver powerful results for our clients
- Work alongside analytics talent to analyse large data sets and provide clear actionable insights/learnings/recommendations for increase ROAS
- Leverage understanding of psychological principals & consumer behaviour to help develop high performing creative assets.
- Detailed analysis of market trends, media investment and identify which channels/networks are delivering a better ROI
ABOUT YOU:
- Ability to lead and work within a high performance team, and fast paced environment.
- Passion to learn new things, and motivated to grow.
- Positive and solution focused, even when facing challenges.
- Ability to hit set KPIs
- 3 or more years of experience in media or advertising, client facing - either agency or media supplier
- A strong background and understanding of digital media (Search & Social)
- An understanding and keen interest in consumer behaviour and psychology
- Analytical mindset, enjoys working working with data to develop actionable insights
- Ability to build deep, genuine relationships and guide holistic performance marketing strategy (Creative, ATL and digital)
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills with the ability to easily build rapport
- Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while multi-tasking a constantly changing workload
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint along with basic math skills.
- Confident in building internal and external relationships.
- Detailed analysis using large data sets.
- High quality organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Detailed knowledge of the media industry.
- Clear and articulate communication skills.
- Excellent written skills
- Strong ability to understand numbers and optimise media campaigns
