Is this the role for you?

As part of the Digital Services Business, this role is within the Workflow and Automation Consulting team and will be working closely with the Workflow and Automation Business Development Managers.

Please note this role is open to be based out of any location in Australia.

  • Conduct implementations, training and commissioning of solutions, managing the fulfilment process through agreed milestones, UAT and BAU-handover. Facilitating wherever possible, remote implementation and remote support capability for Ricoh’s Workflow and Automation solutions.
  • Charging for Professional Services time utilised delivering billable consulting by engaging the necessary parts of the business.
  • As circumstances dictate, provide expertise in solving support escalations, and/or critical situation management, within the agreed systems and SLAs, and where appropriate provide proactive identification of system enhancements, new opportunities and potential issues at Client sites.
  • Acquire and maintain technical competency in Ricoh Workflow and Automation Solutions in primary and secondary specialisations.  Compliment and support the Professional Services teams across the country and proactively contribute to their professional development. Assist national initiatives in identification of opportunities for solutions, services and positioning of the Ricoh brand as an ICT Services provider. 
  • Demonstrating Ricoh Workflow and Automation products and services to customers on site and remotely via webinar/video conferences, in conferences and seminars. You will also be required to create and present scenario-based demonstrations where required.
  • Leading discovery workshops to discover and/or validate opportunities, leading requirements and design workshops and developing statement of works and solution design documents
  • Responding to RFx as a technical resource. Providing cost estimation based on discovered customer requirements
  • Supporting the transition from presales into project delivery
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders throughout the sales and implementation cycle
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end system architecture and solution design, and leading PoCs where required to prove customer value
  • A willingness to travel.

To be successful in this role:

Candidate Criteria

  • Experience in implementing at least one of  SharePoint Intranets, SharePoint Document Management System, Forms and Workflows within Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Ability to lead discovery, requirements and design workshops, engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in implementations, training and commissioning of solutions, managing the delivery process through agreed milestones
  • Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills
  • 5 years industry experience in a variety of Workflow and Automation roles, ranging from senior pre-sales and/or design and services leadership roles within commercial provider environments (Workflow, eForms, RPA, Content/Document Management and/or Professional Services, Consulting)
  • Strong presales and functional experience in automation solutions (BPM)
  • Demonstrated experience in at least one of SharePoint Intranets, SharePoint Document Management System, Forms and Workflows within Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Referenced experience managing and building long term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated skills in developing valued relationships with clients, sales representatives and suppliers.
  • Significant experience in dealing with and resolving personal, customer and supplier issues with integrity.
  • Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills
