The Role
The Digital Producer plays a key role in the consistency of brand awareness, enhancement of useability and engagement with the digital marketing platforms. Working across Community Engagement, Technology and the Online Services Team this role will require strong technical and communications skills.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinating internal and external content development, using relevant technologies to ensure workflows and approvals are maintained.
- Partner with the internal Technology team and external marketing vendors to produce engaging digital experiences that are high-quality and brand aligned.
- Prepare timely and accurate status reports.
- Offering creative solutions to design challenges while staying agile to evolving project requirements.
About you
- Demonstrated background in managing organisational Content Management Systems.
- Experience liaising with technical professionals to navigate platform issues.
- Background in Finance, Insurance or Government is highly valued.
- Experience working with technologies to evaluate digital platform performance and provide insights and future recommendations.
- Proficiency with WCAG, SEO principles and Google Analytics.
