KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Working with the wider digital team:
- Manage and maintain marketing automation platform, including campaigns, engagement programs, data management, EDMs and staying up to date with marketing automation best practices
- Internal SEO management, including content optimization and keyword monitoring
- Set up, maintenance and monitoring of Google Suite analytics tools including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Manage site content updates
- Day-to-day management of new content across the digital ecosystem, while maintaining and updating existing content – including content re-formatting and editing digital content assets, including imagery, video, document attachments and other media assets
- Produce and lead small-scale digital projects designed to improve business functionality, including managing and leading project phases within larger digital projects
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Technical Knowledge:
- Experienced in Marketing Automation software and best practices (Pardot knowledge advantageous)
- Experienced in Content Management Systems (Optimizely ideal)
- Experience with SEO & SEM
- Proficient using HTML and CSS
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
