As the appointed Director of Finance Services and Procurement, you will report to the Executive Director, Finance and Business Services, and provide leadership and strategic support to ensure that CALHN optimises the use of its resources to support the delivery of high quality, effective and efficient care for its communities. You are accountable for the delivery of excellent financial and Procurement services that support the delivery of CALHN's strategic and annual plans.

- Strategic Visionary: Develop and implement visionary plans for high-quality financial and Procurement services delivery.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead and support initiatives fostering a culture of continuous improvement for excellence.
- Inspire Dynamic Teams: Motivate and lead a professional team around 40, aligning efforts with organisational objectives.
- Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to instil a culture of performance accountability, contributing to CALHN's strategic objectives.
We are seeking a strategic leader in the finance and Procurement domain, with experience of working in complex and highly regulated organisations. Your expertise should extend to policy at a systems and corporate level, complemented by exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement. Accreditation and membership with a recognised professional accounting body such as CPA or ICA is required.
