About the Role:
As the Director of Quantity Surveying, you'll spearhead our cost management initiatives and drive strategic direction across our projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of our developments, from conception to completion, while upholding the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mastering Project Precision: Seamlessly review and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in collaboration with our technical experts, ensuring accuracy and precision from the outset.
• Crafting Contract Clarity: Artfully draft and issue contracts to bidders, orchestrating agreements that pave the way for seamless project execution.
• Empowering QS Excellence: Lead our Quantity Surveying team to new heights, orchestrating cost report updates with finesse and precision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Financial Foresight: Drive financial performance with monthly project final account and consultant report reviews, guiding our projects towards fiscal excellence.
• Innovation Integration: Spearhead the review and finalization of variations, injecting innovation into our systems and processes for streamlined management approval.
• Strategic Standardization: Standardize Request for Approval (RFA) procedures, meticulously preparing BOQs for Design, Work Orders, and Procurement Schedules.
• Regulatory Mastery: Navigate regulatory waters with finesse, ensuring compliance with RERA inspections and legislative requirements, leaving no stone unturned.
• Contractor Collaboration: Foster collaborative relationships with contractors, orchestrating seamless VAT calculations and payment arrangements, ensuring harmony in our financial dealings.
• Innovation Incubation: Nurture innovation in our projects, coordinating with contractors to provide cutting-edge TAS details and insurance updates, setting new benchmarks for excellence.
• Financial Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune financial processes with meticulous monthly cost provisions updates, ensuring financial harmony and facilitating periodic follow-up on payments.
• Quality Assurance: Champion quality assurance and control criteria, meticulously tracking project punch lists and maintaining unwavering compliance with government regulations.
• Innovative Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process improvement and sustainability, driving productivity and implementing cost-reduction strategies that set us apart.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Total 15 to 20 years of overall experience
• Proven experience in the development of pre and post-contract quantity surveying functions, including tendering and contractual matters, across a diverse range of building and civil engineering projects with reputable companies.
