We're currently expanding our team and seeking passionate individuals to fill roles in Coordination. Coordinator
As a Coordinator at Cam Can, you'll be working across Bunbury and surrounding regions and collaborating with individuals to create opportunities for independent living and community participation. This role involves bringing plans to life, recruiting, managing, and mentoring Support Workers to help our Members achieve their goals. Your responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring, safeguarding, and enhancing the quality of individualised services in alignment with Cam Can's values and purpose.
