• HEWL 5: $72,059 - $81,732 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation.
WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Services & Resources Division within Human Resources, delivering exceptional administrative support with attention to detail as you handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, you will ensure all interactions are positive and customer focused. You’ll deliver informed and timely correspondence updates to senior management and coordinate divisional office matters including travel arrangements, events, resourcing, expense tracking, and credit card reconciliations. You’ll also undertake records management of written correspondence, relevant documentation, reports, confidential information, agendas, meeting minutes, and data, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative standards.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
You bring qualifications and relevant experience in business administration, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and/or training. Your customer service skills will shine as you manage high numbers of enquiries, providing accurate information and advice on policies and procedures with integrity and respect. You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and proficiency in computerised systems and databases including the Microsoft Office suite. Your ability to work within specified timeframes and manage multiple tasks will be key to your success in this role so you’ll need to have exceptional organisational and time management skills, along with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
