We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Document Controller to join a talented project team. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management and control of all project documents, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry best practices.Responsibilities:
- Manage the document control system, including electronic document management systems
- Review and classify project documents for accuracy and completeness
- Implement and maintain document control procedures
- Distribute documents to stakeholders for review and approval
- Track document revisions and ensure all versions are controlled
- Archive project documents in accordance with company policies
- Respond to document requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a filing system for project documentation
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Document Controller or similar role in the Built Environment / construction industry
- Strong understanding of document control principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with document management systems (EDMS), a plus
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
