Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable & receivable, cash flow, and monthly BAS obligations.

Collaborate closely with Company Director, General Manager & Operations Managers to ensure financial strategies are accurately tracked and optimised for both growth and efficiency.

Spearhead the invoicing process, ensuring alignment with project completion stages and progress claims.

Utilise a range of software tools, including MS Office Suite and Reckon, to streamline financial operations.

Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of the industry.

Conduct thorough reviews of invoices and financial documents, ensuring compliance with contracts and purchase orders.

Prepare detailed weekly and month-end financial reports, alongside managing company tax obligations.

What We’re Looking For:

A bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or a related field, with CPA/CA qualifications highly regarded.

At least 5 years of experience in a finance role, ideally within the construction or related industry.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

Exceptional communication skills, with a detail-oriented mindset capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
