Job description
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Develop and facilitate the delivery of education and training to QPS personnel.- Assist in planning, writing, and coordinating the development of course material. Curriculum and student assessment strategies within the area.- Undertake assessment of program participants.- Liaise with other training professionals in the development of strategies to identify and address the training needs of QPS personnel.- Contribute to the development, implementation, coordination and review of training programs required by the Queensland Police Service to enhance the skillsand knowledge of QPS personnel.- Conduct continuing research into and maintain an up to date knowledge of, subject matter and academic requirements relating to the area.- Contribute to the planning, co-ordination, project work, curriculum development, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of training for QPS personnel.- Proactive, positive interaction and communication with your team.
Role Requirements:
Qualification:Possession of a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and/or qualifications deemed equivalent will be considered favourably.
Other:New positions located at Education and Training Offices within each District across the State.
