About the Opportunity
This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position open to Australian Citizens only.
Responsibilities
Some of the requirements of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Evaluating and documenting Business Processes, uncovering areas for improvement (where applicable) and facilitating solution requirements.
- Gathering of critical information from stakeholders to inform gaps, improvements and solutioning.
- Develop and monitor business readiness activities to ensure successful rollout.
- Provide critical analysis of requirements to inform the development of acceptance criteria for UAT.
- Development of fit for purpose process maps and operational procedures.
- Development and delivery of critical activities & artefacts during the Transition to BAU.
- Be the link between technical delivery, the business and other stakeholders.
- Australian Citizenship (required)
- Extensive stakeholder management and problem-solving expertise
