We are a small but busy automotive parts repairer and supply re-built headlights to the auto repair trade. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic, Entry Level Customer Service and Administration Officer to work 5 days a week, with late starts on Fridays.
Within this role you will be fully trained to undertake the following responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for track and trace of customer orders
- Order processing & invoicing
- Data entry
- Quote preparation in a timely and efficient manner
- Other ad-hoc duties
Ideal candidate will be:
- Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Friendly and outgoing
- Motivated with a “Can do” attitude
- Well presented
- Confident and well mannered
- Have amazing attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills and time management skills
